Support
Invenio is a free software licenced under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence (GPL). It is provided on an "as is" basis, in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty.
There are basically two support models available for Invenio installations:
- Free Support. If you have any ideas and comments on Invenio, please contact us by joining our Community/MailingLists or chat with us in our Community/ChatRooms. If you have any specific bug report or a feature request, please submit a ticket.
- Paid Support. If you care for establishing a more formal commercial-like support model, a special collaboration contract can be arranged with the CERN development group on a per year basis. Within the framework of such a collaboration, the Invenio developers at CERN can help you to install, configure, and maintain the system throughout the year, if wanted.
