BibEdit: Field Indicators, as well as subfield codes should be editable

Description

In the current version, it is impossible to edit codes of subfields, nor indicators of fields.

This feature was requested by inputers from the CERN library.

I read the code for this tonight and I installed and ran it. It seems ok to me.
